Q What is your warranty period
Answer All instruments are guaranteed for 12 months from date of despatch.  The warranty does not include consumables such as lamps or cells.

Q Do you calibrate the instruments to International Standards

Answer  Yes we manufacture an M550 S.P.F. which is a  complete Sun Protection Factor system.

Q Do you supply Standard reference material for testing the instruments.  
Answer  Yes, we have wavelength, absorbance, stray light and resolution standards

Q Do you manufacture an instrument that can be used with long pathlength cells.
Answer  We do 4 cell changers to fit the M107, M108, M508, M501 and M550.  They are available in 10mm, 40mm, 50mm and 100mm pathlength configurations.

Q Do you manufacture an instrument that can be used with test tubes.
Answer  The M105 and M106 models come as standard with a test tube adaptor, all of our other instruments can have test tube adaptors fitted. See our  Test tube holder for 10mm to 25mm test tubes

Q  Do you supply matched spectrophotometer cells.
Answer  Yes, we can supply cells matched to a code number.

Q  Do you manufacture a True Double Beam Spectrophotometer.
Answer  The M550 model is a true double beam UV-Vis spectrophotometer.

Q   Do we really need a Variable Bandpass instrument.
Answer  Unless you are scanning very sharp peaks the answer is NO.  In fact using a low bandpass will increase the noise level, hence the absorbance accuracy and repeatability will not be good.

What is the "Z" height of the CamSpec range of instruments.
Answer  The "Z" height of our instruments is 15mm
